Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are sadly out of our hands — but we’ll always try our best to help 💌

💔 Damaged Products (We’ve Got You, Blinkies)

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

📸 Clear pictures of the product

We’ll replace it with the same or similar item based on availability.

Requests after 48 hours can’t be accepted — so please check your package as soon as it arrives 💖

🚚 Missed Delivery (COD Orders)

If a Cash-on-Delivery order is returned to us due to refusal or unavailability, it can be re-shipped only after:
