⏳ Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

As long as your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is allowed 💕

🚚 After Shipping

Once your jewellery is shipped, it gets too excited to meet you — it loves you so much that we simply can’t stop it on the way 💍✨💖

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders:

✨ Refusing delivery may result in future orders being accepted only on prepaid basis
✨ Re-shipping (if requested) will require full online payment plus applicable shipping charges

This helps us serve genuine Blinkies better 💕

💸 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping:

✨ Prepaid orders – refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
✨ COD orders – no charges will apply

✨ Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
✨ Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
✨ Processing time is usually 1–3 business days
